I've purchased and sold a few properties (as primary residences), and Darren is BY FAR the best agent I've worked with. You know he has several clients, but he really makes you feel like you're the only one. And if that got "Only Girl in the World" by Rihanna stuck in your head, you're welcome. Darren was amazing! First, he knows what he is doing. I was interested in a quick, yet thorough and painless process. With his professional and very capable network, we were able to get the administrative bit completed quickly and with ease - we closed in less than one month! Second, he is very thoughtful. Darren worked around my schedule, took great mental notes on my likes and dislikes, and was very helpful in pinning down a home. It was a great experience!
