Darren Robertson was a steady, stable and knowledgeable support to us throughout our selling experience of a one bedroom condo in Arlington that we had owned for about 34 years with our last tenant in the unit the previous 24 years. He was fully informed about the market and the realities of our preference to offer the apartment in as-is condition. We were impressed particularly with his adaptive attributes, flexibility and willingness to conform to our needs in a most cheerful way while being completely civilized and a dece... read more

I got acquainted with Darren Robertson barely a year ago when my family and I started searching for a home in the Woodbridge area. As a first time homebuyer, he guided me through every process and step on the way and explained in detail all I need to know over the phone and followed up with email. He is such a honest, reliable, and dependable person and he knows his stuff pretty well. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

Darren was wonderful and we highly recommend him. This was our first time selling a home and he walked us through every step of the process. He was very responsive and communicated with us regularly. We can't say enough about how great our experience was.

Darren was truly an great realtor to work with. As first time homebuyer he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Darren was always available when I needed him or answer questions about the housing market. He does his job very well and makes you feel very important, and always provides guidance. Darren made my purchase very smooth and could not ask for better realtor.

I've worked with Darren on 4 occassions now (2 sales and 2 purchases), and each time I've been impressed. He's extremely responsive and makes sure you're happy and informed. He really goes the extra mile to make sure that everything goes to plan. I've recommended him to all my family and friends.

We met Darren when we were looking for a condo for my husband's grandfather. We really enjoyed his attitude and he really seemed to understand what we were looking for. So, when it came to purchasing our own home it was a no brainer. Working with Darren was seamless. He was very involved and knowledgeable. He was also on hand to answer any questions throughout the entire process. If we ever move again we will definitely use him!

Darren is an amazing realtor. He is always sending you research he does on current market trends, home warranties, interest rates, buying versus renting, etc. Any time you have a question or need something from him. e.g. comps, he is extremely responsive. He has so many clients; however, he makes you feel that you're his only client and are a priority. Excellent service! He's not at all pushy and wants to ensure that he finds the right place for you. Whether that means buying the first place you see, or shopping around for s... read more
