Darren is outstanding! He knows the market and what an appropriate asking price is and then works to get you even more than that. He keeps his clients informed and always strives to please. He had excellent ideas on how to make the property salable. We had 3 excellent offers in less than a week and closing went very smoothly.
Darren was great through the home buying process! As first time home buyers we knew very little about this process. Darren gave us advice on value of various renovations we had considered and how they affect the sale price. That is, where to invest in improvements to get the best return on the dollar. Darren helped with staging the home and implemented a superb marking plan. Darren advised us on activities and issues that arose between contract ratification and closing. Ultimately the home sold for over list price. I highly recommend Darren if you are selling a home in Northern Virginia.

Working with Darren to buy our first house was such an amazing decision. We looked at more houses than I could count, but Darren was always eager to see more houses with us, and always available even on short notice.
