Darren gave us advice on value of various renovations we had considered and how they affect the sale price. That is, where to invest in improvements to get the best return on the dollar. Darren helped with staging the home and implemented a superb marking plan. Darren advised us on activities and issues that arose between contract ratification and closing. Ultimately the home sold for over list price. I highly recommend Darren if you are selling a home in Northern Virginia.
