Once again, Sherri is hitting on all 8 cylinders. This particular appointment, she was extraordinary busy. You could see a little stress. However she took care of me in a very gracious way. (as always) and a smile, which always helps.

Ripped me off for an $80.00 diagnostic fee to tell me my steering column was busted which I told them when I called. Brand new OEM steering columns available on E- bay and they can't find parts. Stuck me good and helped me none! Won't go back. I will got to Van or Heartland.
I just made my 2nd purchase from this dealership and couldn't be more satisfied. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and that everything is right. Will come here for service and will recommend my friends when they are looking for a new car.
