It is very frustrating to buy a new truck - in a higher end model, only to have the window leak repeatedly. We are now bringing it in for the 3rd time for it to be looked at in just a few weeks. This is time during the work day and the location is about 50 minutes round trip. Get your act together and do right by your customers!
After my car had sit at another dealership without being looked at for three days (past my appointment) we took it to Roberts Robinson. They have been amazing! They stayed in communication and worked hard to get my car fixed quickly. We will be back for sure.
Chris is a great sales person. Knew all the features of the vehicle and the transaction was quick. There was zero high pressure sales tactics. I would definitely do back for future vehicle purchases.

We traveled from St Joseph to look at a car we ended up buying. During the financing we were “required “ to buy a $4000 warranty. We needed to bring it back for detailing. Our salesman was supposed to make the appointment. Nope. We showed up at the time given but the service department had no idea we were coming. The service manager was great.
