My parents turned in their CLEAN vehicle for some maintenance and got a car with a backseat covered in dog hair. Cleaning their vehicles for their customers is the least they could do.

First you must know, I absolutely HATED the stress and process of car dealerships. Well, Roberts Robinson and their staff have completely changed that for me. I have purchased two vehicles and it was such a quick, stress free and enjoyable experience both times. The Service Department was equally quick, stress free and enjoyable.
