Saturday I came in to get a tire fixed and was going to schedule a oil change. Sherry said that since I was there I might as well go ahead and get it done since they had time. I was so happy because I was busy the next week and was trying to think of the best time to get the oil change done. Roberts-Robinson has the best customer service and team of employees. They are the only dealership that I take my car to and I am so happy with the service I get. Wouldn't take it anywhere else.
A huge shout out to Brandon and David today for helping me out last minute with getting a screw out of my tire thank you guys so much. I was not aware that you guys closed at one but I appreciate you guys squeezing me in and taking care of it For me I definitely appreciate your great customer service

Ease of doing business throughout the store (sales, service, parts, finance) is wonderful...
I showed up without an appointment they got me in quickly then did oil change tire rotation offered me an alternative oil to save money I stuck with synthetic but they did ask Service department is always looking to save me money you don't find that at just any dealership as I wandered around looking at different vehicles I was asked if I could be helped I explained I was having my truck serviced I visited with sales staff never felt pressured to upgrade just a nice relaxed vist Brandon came and found me told me my truck was... read more
Very pleased with the service I received. Terance was very helpful and up front with me at all times and was never pushy. Mike and his crew did an exceptional job making this a very smooth, quick and enjoyable experience.
