Dr. Pineda operated one my eye after I experienced blindness from a cataract surgery. The wait in the office is long but extremely thorough testing goes on during that time . He explained extremely thoroughly what the problem was. He restored my vision completely with a corneal transplant. I am thrilled with the care I received by everyone in his office. So kind and knowledgeable.
Dr. Pineda is amazingly knowledgeable, painstakingly thorough, and direct and clear in his assessments and explanations.

Dr. Pineda not only is an expert's expert, but also he is a caring physician who treats his patients with respect. Between patients, he rushes around, directing his residents and fellows, but once he enters the room, I know he is focussed 100% on me, whether reading the chart, asking and answering questions, etc. In his teaching role, it is a pleasure to observe his interactions with his trainees, from med students to fellows. Dr. Pineda is a highly skilled surgeon who accepts extremely complex and challenging cases and achieves excellent results. He is kind and respectful and carefully follows up with his patients.
Had cateract surgury done in wester ma which left me with worse vision then before I had surgury had two different opinions as to how to correct the situation, was recommended that I consult Dr. Pineda who performed a completely different procedure that restored my vision. I cannot say enough about how thrilled I am and based on my experience would highly recommend.
Had cateract surgery 10 months ago that left me blurred vision. Went to Dr Pineda and very pleased with Results.
