Dr. Pineda is amazing! I had an iris melanoma removed and complications arose during after the surgery at Wills Eye, then more complications after an artificial iris and lens of not the right prescription, both placed in a lens capsule that was unstable and came out (Cleveland Clinic) making me basically blind. Dr. Pineda thinks outside the box and fixes everything! The wait to see him is worth it! Dr. Pineda has the reputation among the other doctors of being the best there is. I have every confidence in him. If there is a wait to see him it is well worth it. I am grateful to him for helping me to maintain my eyesight.
Dr. Pineda is such an exceptional, caring, and knowledgeable Doctor! He performed both of my cataract surgeries. He is one of the only doctors that I have had that was willing and ready to help me get cataracts removed. Both surgeries were successful. I go to him every year for a check up. He really changed my life for the better! Thank you to Dr. Pineda!

Dr Pineda performed a Vario PRK procedure and changed the shape of a very distorted cornea. I now look forward to removal of my cataract and implantation of an IOL.

I was happy with Dr. Pineda, however, very disappointed and very concerned because if he does my catarac surgery I fear I will not be able to contact his office. they do not answer their phones, and rarely return phone calls. this is unacceptable.

Dr. Pineda is a terrific doctor... patient, kind, skillful. After surgery, I developed an unusual problem that has proved to be particularly complex; Dr. Pineda has respected my observations, opinions, and experiences and has been very tenacious in helping me find solutions, even taking me back on as a patient years after my surgery when the problem popped up again. Working together, we've found solutions that have kept me symptom free for over a year. He's a skilled and compassionate cornea specialist.

Dr. Pineda operated one my eye after I experienced blindness from a cataract surgery. The wait in the office is long but extremely thorough testing goes on during that time . He explained extremely thoroughly what the problem was. He restored my vision completely with a corneal transplant. I am thrilled with the care I received by everyone in his office. So kind and knowledgeable.
