Dr Wertheimer was thorough in his evaluation and responsive to my questions and had a direct, helpful idea to answer to them all
Unreasonable billing. The eye laser surgery was not effective. I had to go through twice for each eye. Also got billed twice.
Dr. Wertheimer makes one feel very comfortable in his presence. He is a very competent professional.
Dr. Wertheimer is a true professional. His expertise was evident as he patiently explained each step of the process, making sure I understood the purpose and importance of each step. It was clear that he is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about providing the best care for his patients.
I was unaware that I had malignant eye cancer growing inside of me. It had been growing for est. between 8 to 10 years. I had asked several optometrists about what was a darkening tissue area on the inside corner of my eye, near the tear duct area, but they all said it was skin pigmentation. Dr. Wertheimer takes time with the exam. He listens carefully to my concerns and questions.
Dr. Wertheimer is very knowledgeable. He has a comforting manner and makes the patient feel at ease.
Dr. Wertheimer is always extremally polite and willing to listen to all concerns. He is an excellent doctor. I have had two cataract surgeries performed by him and both have been very successful.
