Thank you. I had a cosmetic procedure on my nose 1 years ago by Dr. Beltran. I was disappointed at first because the tip of my nose looked full and swollen. Dr. Beltran had told me before hand that I had very thick skin at the tip of my nose and that it would take over a year before I saw the results I expected. He was absolutely correct.
