Large turnover in staff. Basic vision (refraction) exams done by individuals "trained" in-house. I had to pay for my prescription and ordered glasses that were not correct. I had a repeat exam by an optometrist and it showed discrepancies in compared information. With this information, I don't have trust in the staff's ability to perform these tasks. They also insist on performing this exam and Medicare does not pay for it.
