Quick, courteous and professional
I was there for a follow up after my last surgery (Dr. Baltera has done 16 or 17 for me) and was seen first by a Fellow. Dr. Baltera came in and looked and everything was fine. We talked about a potential new problem. He has always taken his time and never rushed through anything.
Just awesome
I felt like he dismissed me and didn't listen to my needs or questions. He just kind of blew me off because he knew exactly what he was trying to say instead of listening to me and me telling him and explaining things that I have been dealing with. If I have to have surgery done, I will be seeking a different doctor.
He is a fantastic doctor with a fantastic staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. Shout out to Deb! My wife and I both have been patients and love them.
