I met Dr Baltera a few years ago when I needed Trigger Finger Release surgery. When I was told I was going to need a hand surgery requesting Dr Baltera was a no-brainer. He is confident in his approach, and clearly explains the procedure and recovery process, and doesn't sugar coat it. I, also, enjoy his sense of humor. My visits have been quick and easy. The staff are always friendly, and so is Dr. Baltera. He's very informative when it comes to explaining my current condition, and future steps to help me get better. I really appreciate the time he takes to assess my injury as I recover, and he always has plan 'A', 'B', and 'C' ready. He's the best specialist I've gone to in Indianapolis, and he gives me hope that I'll be feeling 100% soon. Great guy, even better doctor. I'd recommend him to my family.
Friendly staff and doctors
I have seen Dr Baltera for trigger thumb release surgery and he did an excellent job. This appointment was for a shoulder issue second opinion. He gave a better diagnosis than the original physician. He is very skilled and knowledgeable.
He was courteous, direct, asked if I had questions, and gave my hand a good examination. Couldn't ask for more.
