My first visit. Both the entire staff and Dr. Eisenband were courteous and professional.
Caring and knowledgeable Dr. Eisenband I've been a patient of Dr. Eisenband for over 25 years. When I follow Dr. E's advice my issues stay in control.
My family has seen eisenband for over 15 years... they all love him. Today was my first time seeing him and though hes not super outgoing which is pretty standard hes very knowledgable and ready to do whatever it takes to fix any issues.
I have been seeing Dr. Eisenband for almost 20 years. I have multiple digestive issues which are fairly complicated. He is very knowledgeable and a good listener. He is shy, but he cares a great deal. I feel very blessed to have him as my Gastroenterologist.
He is not a nice person, but seems to know and I liked that he listened to me. I had pain on the right side of my abdomen and had to wait about 2 weeks for an Endoscopy. I never got a call from him or his assistant to let me know what I had, I needed to call several times to get a prescription that was not approved by my insurance, they offered to call the insurance to request an exception, but never did and never called me to change my medicine and I told his assistant that I was in pain.
Communication of prep procedure pre colonoscopy and results after is sub-optimal. Had to make duplicate requests for results of a biopsy. Good thing they were negative.
