He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease
This doctor is so FAR out of touch with Gastrointestinal - Doesn't LISTEN to patient!!! Will never see him again! Not sure I will use Atlanta Gastrointestinal again. Had a GR8 Doctor here in 2015 Dr Shaw appears not to be here anymore? Atlanta Gastrointestinal - Dr Eisenband - told me to look up Dr Shaw and go where he is at. ;-(
Dr Eisenband was courteous, caring, competent, thorough, efficient, understandable, and helpful.
Was in and out of the appointment in quick order. Doctor reviewed my chart and made recommendations for treatment. Had a great conversation with him was personable and professional.
My visit was fine, but conversation was like pulling teeth. Quick and short, no personality. Colonoscopy was fine but have been waiting on labs for 3 weeks (polyps removed and was told results will be in one week). Called for help in getting lab work answers and also asked to talk with the doctor and to please call me. Still no results in lab work and waiting now 3 days for doctor to return my call. Arrived 45 minutes early and they took me back immediately. His nurse was awesome and her follow up exceptional! Dr Eisenband listened to my concerns and symptoms, asked several questions and even offered alternatives to some of my current protocols. He ordered several tests to be extra thorough - he really put my mind at ease!
He was on time for my appointment. He told me that he doesn’t like to make his patients wait.
met with Dr. Eisenband to discuss colonoscopy, he explained the prep work, specifically issues for diabetics. Felt comfortable understanding procedure and prep work
