Dr. Eisenband is a fine physician, but I nonetheless have to relay what happened when I had a colonoscopy on October 5. When I set the test up with the his staff, I specifically asked if I would need a Covid test prior to the procedure. They said I would not need one. When I arrived at the hospital, I was told I would in fact have to have the test, which would take at least two hours to process. He seemed thorough by reading through all Dr. Friedman's notes, I appreciated this. Didn't hesitate to renew medicine. The waiting room was so much more pleasant than when it was packed with people...perhaps due to covid restrictions. Staff were ALL very pleasant which has not been the case in the past. Things have improved at the St. Joseph's location. Thanks.
I had my first video doctor’s appointment ever with Dr. Eisenband. It went very well. I was happy to not have to go to the office for my visit during the pandemic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eisenband for the past two years. I recently visited Dr. Eisenband for an abdominal issue. I am very satisfied with his "matter of fact" bedside manner. He answers questions and managaes diagnosis. I would highly recommend him
First visit, consultation. I am needing to have a Stent(s) procedure, however, I felt there may be bleeding in upper GI. Dr. Eisenband and this practice was recommended.
The Doc took the time to answer my questions and to explain the procedure to my satisfaction. I wasn't rushed and I left thinking that all my medical appointments should go as smoothly and as timely as this one did.
I’ve been a patient for years with absolutely the best care from Dr Eisenband and his entire office and procedural staff! Love this group!
I would recommend Dr. Eisenband to anyone who needs to see a Gastro- enterologist. He and his team were very caring and professional. They explained what they would be doing & made me comfortable all during my procedure. The nurses were so sweet.
