The worst place ever
I was there three week a go I confirm with Dr. Yvette Klein that if she take my IUD out insurance is cover to put new one in ( she confirm with front desk) and I told her "if it's not cover don't take it out" Last week I went there to take it out today I went to put new one in and now they telling me I have out of packet $1400 I was trying to explained but no one to listing the girls at the front desk was talking about me like I don't understand and I told her I can still hear you. I contacted the office notifying them I was coming in for a routine exam and to check on a preexisting health issue with uterine fibroids. I explained that they were sensitive to the touch and only wanted to see someone who was familiar with fibroids. They reassured me that I would see Dr. Klein. In stead they place a student in my room for the exam who was unable to do the exam due to the size of my fibroids.
