My husband and I have experienced horrible service at Robert Haack 76th st location. We have been here several times in the last couple years, and Even after purchasing 19 pieces of Pandora jewelry from this store, each time we go here it feels as if they don't care about the Pandora corner of their store and don't really want to help. Unfortunately, we will no longer be doing business here, instead we'll be going to Pandora store at Mayfair, where we won't be made to feel like we're wasting anyone's time when we go to buy a... read more

Finally got Facebook corrected so we can respond. So sorry about your experience, and did talk to our staff when we saw your message. We are looking to improve and our North location in Glendale is the 'full Pandora' store with all the watches, gold beads and basically anything that Pandora sells. The south store is only allowed to carry specific merchandise per Pandora. Stop on in, and we have a limited addition ornament for you, at no charge. Again, sorry about your inconvenience.
