We bought my engagement & wedding band here. I took it in to have a cracked prong repaired & to have the 2 pieces soldered together. During the repair process, they chipped my main stone, resulting in an inclusion. Probably something I never would have noticed, but they called to let me know, and that they had another similar ( even slightly better stone ) to replace it with. Went into the store just to "look" and ended up finding the most perfect ring. We ended up buying the engagement/wedding ring that night. The ring had to be fitted, and the diamond set. The team worked hard the next morning and we were able to pick it up the day after purchase. A huge thank you to Leslie for working with us, and helping us find the most perfect ring. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the perfect gift! Thank you again Leslie!

Went in the store for the first time to look for a bracelet. Had a very helpful lady assist me right away. They didn't have what I needed but she went out of her way to find something for me and make sure I had the right size. Will visit again
