I went to speak with a salesman at their location in Glendale named Robert Pack who promised to sell me a two carat diamond wholesale if I were to trade in my one carat diamond which I agreed to do. I was asked by Mr. Pack to leave it in the bands setting so the store can remove the diamond correctly. When I returned to the store I was told my band was unaccounted for and can no longer assure me my wholesale price for a diamond. I had an heirloom 14k ring that needed sizing. Flawless job. Marva my sales lady was so helpful and cheerful. I paid a low price for the resizing. A great store atmosphere too. Such an excellent staff. I will shop again and recommending it to my friends. They even offer layaway. I was so impressed. I could spend hours just looking at their beautiful, large selection of jewelry.

Robert Haacks has always taken very good care of me. There customer service is excellent and the prices they give you for your old or unwanted jewelry is great to. Leslie is one of the nicest sales reps I've ever dealt with. Very kind and courteous. There also working with me to get my wedding ring fixed even though I'm not able to pay all at once. There just awesome! 5 Stars all the way ....

I recently inherited my grandmother's 59 year old wedding band set (including its original ring box) which was severed and plated in yellow gold.
