DO NOT GO HERE. They sent me a surprise bill. They would not give me a good faith estimate. They will make you believe that the doctor will tell you about any charges in the office when he sees you. He does not. They will then charge you for an office visit and tell you you are good to go. They then send you a surprise bill for a random amount.
