RecommendedHad my first appointment with Britany at the Mystic location. What a beautiful place and such a wonderful experience, Britany was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. She asked me questions about my transition, I’m embracing what the sands of time are dumping on me, Britany made great suggestions while being mindful of my mission. The results were amazing . I look forward to my next visit.
The new modified facial is AMAZING! So since they are very Covid aware and you have to wear a mask for your facial - they added more features. Laura is the best! Had a wonderful neck, arms, hand, foot massage plus a paraffin treatment. And the facial was still great. More attention around the eyes. Hope they keep this in the future! Great service and very clean relaxing spa.

I have been going to Rob Rivers since FOREVER. I think Rob was 12 the first time he cut my hair. Samantha does amazing color - always great service - Danielle does the best waxes and mani/pedis. Spotlessly clean - wouldn’t go anywhere else for any service!!!
Clean, beautifully decorated salon in Old Lyme. Front desk receptionist is very warm and professional. Entire staff is friendly. Tiffany colored and cut my hair- expert service and very happy with the result!
Almost three weeks after Laura did my nails, they were still close to perfect! (No chip) We were from out of town. She is so personable and really enjoyed being around her. You can tell she loves her job and makes the best effort for every client. She did my daughter’s nails as well. Also, wanted to get my hair cut last minute and they accommodated me. The best experience I have ever had for a pedicure. Took my son and myself and it was absolutely relaxing. Laura Finley made our time together, one to remember. She was very knowledgeable and suggested other services when I asked about other things that they provide. My son said, "I like her, she's nice". Will definitely go back
