Thanks, Shawn at Roanoke ford, you got me a great deal on the 2007 Escape. Shawn was patient and extremely helpful. He didn’t try to BS use and helped use find something in our budget. I wish the cars I had in the past were as good as the “finds” they have here.
I thought the offer on the Pacifica was fair, but I wondered if I could have saved a couple hundred more by waiting a few days. We knew that would be the risk in buying so far from home, but that was the car we wanted at a good price. We goofed up the key fobs, but no one was irritated. We didn't feel like we were working with a "used car salesman," but a car dealer. A little disappointed when the "change oil" light came on the next day. All in all, we are happy.

I bought my 2013 Ford Escape at Roanoke Ford in 2013, and they provided excellent service for oil changes, new tires, etc. I recently traded it in for a beautiful 2018 Ford Explorer at Roanoke.
