I've been doing business with Roanoke Ford for a number of years for my Nissan Altima. They have always been fair. They don't try to pressure me into a service I don't need. They give accurate and competitive quotes for tires and brakes when I need them. Their prices on oil changes and inspections are great! (under $20) After so many oil changes, the next is free. I also get credits for other purchases and service. I go out of my way to go to Roanoke Ford because I can't get this type of care/prices from anyone else!

Checked out my problem and explained that they thought that they had it fixed. Still though have a small thump and will have them check it out again at my next oil change. They did give it a good try and said it was safe.
