Utah and ship it to me. 06 eclipse GT – eASY to finish and deal quick, described car accurately and help arrange shipping to North Logan, Utah. Never saw the car til it came off the truck. Greg over there described everything to me really well. Good running car, a good buy and a good price.
We test drove 6 cars – No pressure, at first nobody came out which is very different from all these other places that are just waiting for you outside! they just handed us keys, my daughter got a great little accent for 3995. i recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be pressured because they will treat everyone the same.
Excellent dealer – I bought several cars from Roadrunner and had a positive experience every time. My last transaction was in August 2011. They have a considerable car selection at reasonable prices. The transactions always went well and smooth. I am a repeat customer for a reason. First-class seller.
Stranded on the side of the road – If you plan to test drive a vehicle at roadrunner, bring your AAA card. I spent over an hour on the side of Kingston Pike after test driving my second piece of crap vehicle from this dealer. They may seem like a good deal at first. Their prices are usually below NADA, but now I know why. You get what you pay for; buyer beware! After test driving a VW Passat which left me concerned for my safety, I thought maybe it’s a one-off. I’ll just try another vehicle. This time I picked an Audi priced... read more
Exactly What We Hoped For! – The Mazda 6 we purchased is exactly what we hoped for, and exactly as promised. On March 21st, my daughter was in a pretty bad car accident, and totaled her vehicle. It was a 2004 Mazda 6, just like the one we purchased from RoadRunner Motors. She doesn't usually get attached to objects, but it was her first car and she absolutely loved it. I was pleasantly surprised to find a new Mazda 6 on their website, the only green 2004 available for sale on the internet at that time. I never thought I'd bu... read more
Going back for the 3rd time! – My husband and I made purchased a 1994 volvo for about $1500 from Roadrunner, a year later we are still pleased with it (despite its old age and minor cosmetic flaws it starts up every day and runs GREAT!) Next we purchased a 2001 Mazda Milenia at a below resonable price...it was fully loaded and ran great (until the stroms/hail totaled it out) We will be replacing our totaled car at Roadrunner...we have sent several friends and family over to them, and they have been equally impressed. I will ... read more
Two great experiences – I have purchased not one, but two cars from Road Runner. The first was a '97 BMW 3 series. I bought it back in '02. In 2006 I upgraded to a '01 BMW 3, and gave the 97 to my sister. Both cars were high mileage, but in great shape and priced very low. i haven't had a single problem with either of them and they are both in use as daily drivers. The 2001 is over 200k miles, yet still drives as smooth as when it left the factory. I will be buying another car from them in the future. I don't usually post on... read more
Good prices, but deliberately hid a major problem from us. – I recently visited Roadrunner Motors to check out a few cars. One that stood out was an 2002 Audi A6 Quattro. The price was great, however I knew Audi's have high maintenance costs. I asked about any previous problems, and named by part the three most common Audi A6 issues which he said had not been found on the car. We then did a detailed under-car inspection during a test drive and found one of the problems I mentioned! The problem was two torn CV boots, somethin... read more
Not great – I had almost the sam experience as reuben123! I also didn't like the fact that they were not willing to come down on the price for $500.00. If I had a better option at the time, I would walk away.
Roadrunner Motors has a 4.2 star rating with 308 reviews.
