Where do I start with this business. I have never written a review online and absolutely hate the first one has to be so negative. My 19 year old son wanted a specific car. He worked two jobs and saved up the cash (folding green for those that finance everything) for the specific car he wanted. This, I was proud of. Me taking him to this flea market of a car dealership not so much...However, he found it in Knoxville, TN, 2 1/2 hours away. It was a 2007 BMW 328i wagon. Granted, he is very aware there are gonna be issues with ... read more
This is a warning to the buying public concerning Roadrunner ripoff Motors. I called days before driving an hour to the dealership. The salesman told me he could give me $1,000 trade in on any vehicle and at least $1000 off the sticker price. But when I arrived the manager said the dealership does not dicker, so no $1000 savings, and offered $300 on my trade. So they tried to steal $1700 from me before I even looked at their vehicles. It gets worse. When I asked to look at 2 specific vehicles the manager handed me the keys a... read more
More like clunkers for cash... Roadrunner Motors is a joke! I bought my 2006 Saab 9-5 just a few minutes and it's been nothing but problems since the DAY I bought it. Literally within just a few hours of buying the car it breaks down on the middle of I-75. This was just a preview of things to come. Five point inspection? That's the biggest BS I've ever heard in my life! I already have a $1500 repair for an oil leak that could ruin the engine! The only reason you see positive reviews are because of the free oil change. This w... read more
It is not worth the free oil change promised for an excellent review to lie to people. They were real nice, promised it was a good safe car, well the check engine light came on going home. The cruise control won't work with the check engine light on. The second day, I accidentally turned on the vehicles security system and because the key fob did not have a bad battery but was bad, there're was no way to turn it off, I had to have the vehicle towed in, problem was a friend who I had referred was there, so roadrunners are now... read more
Came in from Corbin for a blue toyota tundra truck that we saw online. the website was good and clear with miles and price so I called in a asked about it, salesman was straight forward and told me all about it. Came down last tuesday to pick it up and it was just as described. nice place and professional people and happy to deal with them.
not expected! We started looking at autotrader and then realized that several cars we were looking at were at road runner motors. they were not pushy at all, we test drove 5 cars on satruday and decided on this 07 ford Mustang v6 for my son. Good size car and priced pretty well. Monday morning 9:30 they opened up a little early for us to take another drive and take it to the bank. fair and straight forward. we picked it up this Monday morning and we are very happy with the people we dealt with. good deal.
It was a terrible mistake to buy a car here. I have bought many used cars but I have never felt so used and shafted my whole buying experience. The owner of this company sold me a bad car and refuses to help me fix it. He has lied about the car and the reason he wouldn't even return my call for a week. I highly recommend you stay away from this car lot they are not good honest people even though their web site says "we pride ourselves in selling Quality pre-owned vehicles at exceptional prices" ha what a joke.
Great service! these are the people you want to take your German or Japanese car. I purchased a 2009 Jetta with 65k December 2011. I scheduled a timing belt and water pump to be replaced after the car got to 90k sept 2013. I dropped it off early and picked it up finished that evening with a bill total under $600. Call around and you'll know why i'm leaving this review :) RECOMENDED for car sales and for service.
Nice dealership, clean and friendly. Went with my daughter to purchase an older model BMW that she had liked. Easy process and straight talk. We tried haggling the price but honestly it was the best we found anywhere. 1) the carfax was available on the spot. 2) they had changed oil and serviced the car. which was awesome. 3) traded my car and they got us a good payment with wells fargo. Very recommended. Both Nathan and Louie were helpful. Thank you guys.
