Couldn't be more pleased with the timely and professional service by Roadrunner Garage Door! Our garage door broke and I could not pull my car out of the garage yesterday afternoon. I found them in Google and spoke with Troy around 1:00p.m. He was here by 3.30p.m. And the problem was fixed by 4:30p.m in time to pick up my son from baseball game! He was very professional and courteous, and, of course, extremely timely!! 5 stars hands down! I will say one of the best and professional garage door repair company in Dallas.
Troy and his crew are knowledgeable, worked fast and gave suggestions on how to maintain the door properly. Seemed to have all of the supplies and were in/out very quickly. I had hired them to install my new garage door. Their price was reasonable as well. Nice crew in the town!

He immediately squeezed us in on the same day and fixed our door by 4pm. He was patient, fair, and professional. He explained how it probably occurred, what needs to be done and how we he was going to do it. What a great guy who I will certainly call again in the future and refer to my friends.

Troy and his crew were very professional. I found them in Google. Last night my garage door spring got broken. I called them around 9am on Fri and they were here by 10.15am. They fixed the door within an hour and also did detail inspection of my garage door just to make sure everything else is working fine. Their rates were lower in compare to other companies in our area. The experience was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them.
We were not able to open our garage doors since both of our remotes stopped working suddenly! I spoke with Troy at Roadrunner Garage Door since I have used him before. He sent a technician within an hour and replaced my remote. All is good now. Also he made sure I know how to operate my new remote. They are very reliable and reasonable.
