professional, well-mannered, effective, & kind â from reception to the nurse & physician. the attention paid to that last detail (kindness) is critical for a long-term patient such as myself whose experienced medical staff who would rather make assumptions about me based on how I look, get on their moral soapbox & deny me care despite my medical history (that happened only in september). I'm quite thankful for the courteous & prompt addressing of my medical issue.
