Great Service
DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE A DECENT HUMAN BEING THAT CARES ABOUT ANIMALS. RMS Aquaculture of Cleveland, Ohio regularly imports dangerous and endangered fish and reptiles to sell to the public. THIS IS CRUEL AND EVIL, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Bought a 30 gal tank 2 catfish 6 years ago and it's still good got more fish now and they still doin good love u guys might see u sunday
So unfortunate. I always liked coming here and buying fish and or supplies. I cannot support a business that sells animals that they obviously don’t know how to care for, or they do and they just want to sell. There is NO reason why that hedgehog could not have a hideaway. So what if customers couldn’t see it....if someone wanted to see it then PICK THE HOUSE UP SO THEY CAN SEE THE HEDGEHOG. It does not take a brain surgeon to figure that out. Very disappointed RMS
Great selection on fish however it was hard to get someone to help with the fish. Then when we got them home & put them in our tank with other fish we found out that several had ick! We drove almost 2 hours to go to the store so we couldn’t just take them back. Several of them died and we had to treat our entire tank!!! Not a very happy customer & will not be going back.
Have purchased fish, tanks, filters, tools and supplies from RMS. No complaints. They are quite a drive for me but it's worth it. Now if they only had a public restrooms. The sound of running water gets me ever time.
