before you sell your fish quarantine your fish. seriously you've been in the business 30 years or something. it's a shame cause i know serveral people who go there, and just a let down.
The only thing that has me a little disappointed with RMS and my visit today is the fact there was a clearly dead baby beardie in the tank and it wasn't cleaned out. As a beardie owner, it made me a little disappointed. The only reason I'm giving a two is because my partner does nab some aquatics for a great price. I just wouldn't spend my money there for a beardie with how poor the care was for them.
Bought 2 loaches and a yellow lab. Brought ich home and it killed over 500 dollars worth of my tank. Came up to talk to them about it and they laughed in my face. This was the Second time I get a parasite from rms. I’ve been doing this a while and have never had any issues from other fish stores. Completely blown away with how unprofessional they treated the situation. Lost my business for life.

Manager was really rude.he was angry people asked him for help. Sometimes has a great selection of fish it’s said that the employees are not helpful would probably be on my top list of aquatic stores if so
