Great service, the older guy working towards front of store has been very helpful answering questions and providing recomendations. All the employees are very polite and our variety of fresh water fish and plants have been healthy
Last time I was inside this store was approx. 1985 and it was just as I remembered it. Still has excellent Customer Service and everything you need or want under one roof. Glad I came back to it and look forward to enjoying building my Aquarium again with this amazing store. I have 2 55 gal stacked aquariums and got new hoods, lights, filters, food and 4 Jelly Bean Parrot fish.
Won't buy fish anywhere else, they take good care of them and the staff is always very helpful and know what they're talking about.
This place is a horrible place to buy anything besides crickets. All of the animals are dying, and sick. From the fish to the reptiles, to the rats and hedgehogs. Ive gotten betas from here, and each time theyve died within a month. I just went up there yesterday to grab a couple of rats, and they both have uri's. Friends have warned me that their rats havent exceeded a month in their home. A lot of the animals, if not all are in improper conditions. Great Staff, The young girl that helped me was AWESOME with my 5 and 9 year old as the picked out their Glow fish and Spiney Eels. The selection of Aquatics is the best in Ohio
