I've been going to R.M.S. for 30 some odd years now. Every since they were an independent store working out of old green houses on Bagley Rd. in Berea. They have always been very helpful and good. They always have a great selection of fish, and supplies. And if they don't have it they can usually get it. I love this store.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! My only insight and I can say is I wish they have some kind of guarantee on their fish like the other stores because every time I buy angel fish here they die. So I won't be doing that anymore and tanks are gross !! But customer service is AWESOME!!!! Prices are high on supplies but LOVE the fish deals like 3 for $5!

The folks at RMS have always been helpful & knowledgeable with the care of our goldie. If I need advice or am not sure on something, I'll always come here first before going to any other pet store. They know their stuff, and they care about fish & also have everything you'd need to take care of your water friends.
You will not find a Store that cares for, or has knowledge about their fish the way RMS does. If you're setting up a tank they will help you from beginning to end, to make sure you make the best choices. Plus, it's always fun to see what cool critters they might have.
