I am only giving it a one star cuz there's not a zero. I also used to go here for alotta different stuff being that theirs such a variety of items for lotsa different pets. I went there with my family today and almost all their reptiles except like 2 were stone cold dead. Disappointing to myself and my little kids. I have owned lizards since I was a kid n to see what looks like they all starved to death is heartbreaking. $140 snake dead. Always come in the store for crickets sometimes I pick up a fish or whatever catches my eye. This past Saturday we came in for the crickets and a baby green iguana caught our eyes! We brought him home and he only lived til Monday :( we raise reptiles have 2 leopard geckos since babies also a bearded Dragon. I called and told them what happened. I brought back my baby. very nice, but some decorations were way overpriced, and you need to acclimate your fish instead of just throwing them into a new tank and putting up a sign saying that they are adjusting to the new tank.
I have been a customer of this buisness for about 20 years! They have always been very helpful, and have a great selection to choose from! I look forward to RMS's help in setting up my future big saltwater tank.
