They have a great selection if fish and equipment. The staff is so informative. I trust them before I do any chain stores.👍

They can have a good selection on freshwater fish. The customer service out by the fish is awful and the lady that sets at the front desk is very rude. She’s more concerned about an employee stealing a penny out of the register than being polite and helpful to customers. Their food and supplies are extremely high. If they didn’t have live brine and blackworma I wouldn’t go there.
I have been going to RMS for many years. They have a friendly staff, quality fish and products as well as fair pricing.
The reptile section is deplorable. almost every single animal is sick/dying and even at times already dead. water bowls are usually dried up, animals are sitting on bare glass, almost all with stuck shed. Extremely skinny and clearly suffering.
