I was traveling from Singapore to Miami, 2 days before I have to travel I hurt my lower back real bad during exercise. And I had to take an 18 hour non-stop flight in 2 days!! When I got to Miami, my lower back was really in pain, and I reach out to Raul. He was so responsive and accommodating. He was an absolute professional and really attentive. Really patient in working on my back and provided a much needed relief.
