Second time receiving a package for my store from them. Both had to be sent back. My cooler was completely destroyed and I don’t have enough storage for my food at my restaurant. The driver didn’t seem to care when he picked it back up. I can’t even get a refund from the seller until they deliver it back. Terrible service and standards. I informed the supplier I won’t be ordering from them again until they switch carriers. The customer service when you call are very rude and didn’t care to help whatsoever. The people are amazing. Shipments through them are great everything taken care of the right way
We had bought a large generator and was waiting arrival. They drove up, dumped it in the front yard, and ran. They sent the text it was being delivered after they were long gone. We called them back to get them to come and move it where it was supposed to be put down. Instead of apologizing for their delivery people, the man on the phone became irate and refused to do anything at all!!!! I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy !!
