I love RK Knight plumbing. The phone call is taken professionally, the plumber arrives on time, he is clean cut and wears shoe covers in the house, they know what they are doing (we have had two different plumbers from RK Knight and they both were great) and they charge a reasonable fee. In fact, I had a sink problem that two other plumbers tried to fix and couldn't ...one of them even saying the whole sink had to be pulled out and replaced....,but RK Knight just fixed it. I had a main that was very slow and my drains overflowed when we used the washer. A friend of my wife recomended RK Knight and they came by and gave us an estimate it sounded expensive so I called Mike Diamond who said they will fix any drain for $99 Well that's not true all the time if your clean out is not exterior of the house they won't do it and they don't go on roofs. Excellent work every time we have used them. Randy was very courteous and informative. He let me know exactly what is was doing and what the cost would be. They quote a time and arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and explained what should be done and what the cost would be.

I have used R.K. Knight several times over the last few years. The last time a couple of days ago. I had sewer line back up which caused water to come out from under a toilet because the wax seal was blown out. I called and they had aplumber at my house in about 30 minutes and solved the problem right away. Lou and his helper worke quickly and cleaned up in an exemplerymanner. I have used RK Knight on several occasions and I have never had a problem with the work that they perform. The workers have arrived on time and have not left the house in a mess. Moreover, they are always polite and behave very professionally. I have had them install a shower faucet replacement, washer hoses, and clear out clogged drains.

First time using RKK and overall I was satisfied with price and service. Pricing is up front and within reason. My repair was well done and done right, and that is always my main concern. While I questioned one particular charge for "limited access" to the main line, which was already exposed, I thought it more important to have a warrantied repair done by a licensed plumber and let it go. New to the neighborhood and found RK Knight Plumbing on the internet. They are on time and very professional. Have used them twice so far. One of their technician Frank is particularly helpful. He suggested that I should change the refrigerator ice & water filter and even wrote down the part number for me.
