Very quick same day response & repair of a rested through water heater line. Professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Showed up early and completed the job quickly & cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend & will use again.
First time to use R.K. Knight and would call them again with any plumbing problem. We made an appointment and they showed up right on time. They assessed the problem and made recommendations. It's been a couple of weeks since the work was completed and everything is fine. It seemed a bit expensive, but from my experience, all plumbing is pricey. It sure beats trying to do it yourself. Incredible local company. Truly family owned and operated. You never feel cheated nor disrespected. I have used them multiple times for various plumbing needs at my 1956 built home. Not once was I over charged for anything are tried to be up sold. True, honest up-front pricing. Always on-time and fast! Rare to find a tradesman that you can go to over and over without worrying about some sort of hidden something or other.
Arrived on time and let me know exactly what was happening and how much to charge would be.
R.K. Knight did an outstanding job from the moment Randy walked into our home. The bathroom work was very high quality and he was upfront about the costs. Nothing was hidden. We also had a new valve installed on our tennis court and which I believed would difficult. Randy's response was "We can do anything." He did an excellent job there as well. We highly recommend R.K. Knight.
Turns out that the repair was in the bathtub area, not the sewer main. Ronnie and his sons handled everything professionally and quickly.
Hired them to inspect my plumbing, they told me there was nothing wrong. HONEST!!!!!!!!! Hire them without doubt
