When I woke up to a leaking toilet and a stopped up tub, I thought I was going to have to spend all day waiting for a plumber to maybe show. But I called RKK and one of their technicians arrived promptly. He was cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable, and able to explain what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it so clearly even a layman like myself could understand. Had a water heater replaced. Called RK Knight plumbing. They sent out a plumber within 30 minutes. He assessed the problem, and began installing the new water heater. The plumber was very courteous and neat. We are very happy with our new water heater and the service we received.
