The RK Subaru parts counter is brutally bad. I've placed like 4 or 5 orders through them and every time without fail there is a problem when I arrive at the counter for pickup. Typically I order online then pickup in person and each time I wait until I receive an email stating the complete order is ready for pick up. Each time I arrive at the counter I am left waiting for 20+ mins as the staff tries to find my order. My wife and I bought a used 2021 Tahoe from RK Chevrolet back in the first part of May. They were great to deal with during the buying experience and worked with us on a couple cosmetic issues we had with the car. Unfortunately that's about where the good service ended. Just a day or two after purchasing the car we discovered the back window leaks water like a waterfall. We were stuck in the car wash with water pouring in the back window.
