Although the nurse was friendly and listened, the practitioner ignored my concerns. My daughter had hives. I informed her of the only change of what my daughter had ingested, (a dye in a medication). She appeared to care very little about the worsening which was happening quickly. I felt brushed off. She blamed it on a fever with no bedside manners. Very thorough and attentive and friendly. Got the help I needed immediately and no waiting. Clean facility and made check in work with my limited ability. Highly recommend them. They also were open later which I needed desperately!!

I have always been very happy with the service at Riverwood’s, Never very long if a wait. I actually live just a couple blocks from another urgent care, but go to Riverwood’s when the need arises..
