I was grateful for Riverrwoods caring service as an out of Townes in need
As an out of Towner I was at their mercy for my 3 year old. The receptionist was helpful with billing, the nurse was great and the doctor was thorough and got us taken care of. Thank you riverwoods. I'd definitely recommend them

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. There was no wait time, the staff were so friendly and encouraging and helped me out with my kids during the appointment.

I had to take my son to a Dr at nine pm. No Dr office still open the instacare in Springville was closed, and I wanted to avoid the er. I found riverwoods urgent care and got the with no more than ten minutes till close. The staff was very polite, quick, helpful and caring!!! They got us right back, & the Dr came quickly. He was awesome with my son and got us takin care of really fast :-) I would definitely recommend this office to anyone! Thank you riverwoods urgent care!!!
Be aware!! The doctor gave me the wrong diagnostic, and I ended up in the hospital, with another diagnostic.
When you are in pain, miserable people seem to line up in front of you. But when you want to compound a serious injury with peole that can only offer stupid comments and do their very best to make you feel like you are totally bothering them then thus is the place . you.
