My husband and I moved into this community in May 2025, and it has been a very positive experience. The environment is quiet, clean, and safe. The application process was quick and efficient, and the leasing office staff was very friendly and professional at all times. Rented here for over 5 years, and while the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, unfortunately the quality of the apartments are horrible. We rented here for 5 years in one of the newly remodeled units. It was absolutely beautiful. I kept it clean and tidy, and we always received quick assistance on any and all issues. The staff is incredible. After about 3 years, I noticed our walls began to look dark and splotchy. Our unit started to get a very humid scent. It smelled moist constantly.
