I lived here for over a year and half, never had any issues with security or anything happened to my car. My unit did have some roaches but I was good to keep it clear of food and spray myself and they stopped showing up after 3 months. The people are friendly and the property manager Suzie and Isla are helpful and professional. I would definitely recommed this community especially if you work in the Miami area.
Es una inmensa satisfacción para mi dar mi más sincera y humilde opinión de éste sitio, es realmente una experiencia maravillosa, vivir acá es literalmente "como en casa" el personal de mantenimiento es lo más profesional y esmerado q he visto en Miami, la muchacha de la recepción es lo más atenta y agradable! El lugar es precioso, las áreas verdes, la piscina, todo en general se conserva excelentemente solo me queda darle mis felicitaciones, son todos en general, un equipo super!!! Muchas gracias!!!
No hay seguridad para los autos ni para las personas ,ayer se robaron el auto de mi hermano y nadie vio nada ,ya que todas las entradas de los apartamentos son abiertas a cualquier personal y solo hay un guardia
