The service time was outstanding. I went in for an oil change and within 45 minutes it was done. When I walked in the door this morning Steve and Terry greeted me in a positive and uplifting Christian way. Praise God for them as well as the technician that serviced my car. I recommend you ask for Steve as your intake technician.
I had a great experience at Toyota. Very friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. I received updates while my car was in the shop. Service advisor walked me out to my car once it was done. She was open to any questions I had. Great experience!
Amazing experience with salesman Mackinley. He took great care of finding me the perfect truck. He assisted with the entire purchase from time I pulled up, to answering questions, the trade and ensuring I was satisfied when I pulled away. Great gob at Toyota here in Columbus !! Ask for Him !!
