RecommendedAlexis was my service advisor and she was amazing with a great sense of humor to boot. However, it would be nice if they washed the car. I realize it’s not the Lexus dealership, but a rinse wouldn’t hurt.
Mr. Cullen was so helpful and pointed out my complimentary services. He also told me about a recall on my Tacoma and helped me to schedule to have it fixed.The service department was very polite and even walked me to my truck when they were done. The waiting area and restrooms were clean and comfortable.
I recommend Rivertown Toyota because integrity. You might say and think that i’m sooo cliche’ but it’s okay. That’s your opinion and my experience to share. The Product Consultant that graciously helped me and my family is named Ron Pilkinton. He was so professional and beyond helpful that my son 5yr old, took that to notice. Speedy Service, Amazing Customer service
As always Cullen was great and my wait time for my oil change was minimal.
Very pleased with my fast and friendly service.
The service was done fast..but the people who do it needs to stop get my change money out of my car,and stop looking through my things. That not a good services.

Their service department is great. Bryan was very efficient, kind and accommodating and I would recommend him to anyone.
