RecommendedAlexis was my service advisor and she was amazing with a great sense of humor to boot. However, it would be nice if they washed the car. I realize it’s not the Lexus dealership, but a rinse wouldn’t hurt.

He also told me about a recall on my Tacoma and helped me to schedule to have it fixed.The service department was very polite and even walked me to my truck when they were done. The waiting area and restrooms were clean and comfortable.
