RecommendedI like making appointments on-line, getting reminders about my appt. I can even go on my calendar if I want it. Also, the customer service is excellent. They keep you updated as to what your car needs and the what the charges could be for any additional services.
RecommendedI did not have an appointment. I spoke with Bryan Elliott for my service. He got my needs attended to and updated me of what was going to be done and ask if there was anything else I needed. He kept me updated on the progress. He came and got me when my car was ready. He explained my service and the charges. He escorted me to my car and thanked me for allowing him to be of service to me. What a great experience. Thank you so much Bryan Elliott. I wish there were move service people with his skill and compassion.

I would actually love for a passenger to be able to ride safely in the front seat of my 4Runner, however they can’t do that until you guys take care of the airbag recall that for some reason no one will schedule after a very long phone conversation that went in circles on Tuesday. Nor did anyone follow up with me today either. I spoke with Toyota directly after getting no where with you guys and the representative could clearly see my vehicle fell under the recall. Valuing each customer does not apply to this dealership. My wife recently had a terrible experience with the service area during a recent oil change to her Lexus. She will definitely be driving to the nearest Lexus dealership to get any type of service in the future.
