Took my Rav 4 in today for the first service check up. I was very pleased with Cullen as he was very patient with me while I asked several questions. He was extremely helpful and polite. Service was done in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use Rivertown Sevice Dept again!
Don’t get me wrong the sales department is on point!!! But the service department has issues, the reception is great, their mechanics are less than marginal- 1st visit they over inflated my tires- 2nd visit they where obviously jamming out on my radio- 3rd service appointment they messed up an oil change (leaked all over my garage) this last visit, and I mean my LAST, they fixed o-ring to ensure leakage stop- I get in my vehicle and it smelled like an ashtray——- needless to say I’m beyond irritated, I go back in to speak wit... read more
