Offered cash for a Toyota Tacoma that’s pictures represented with no pride in vehicle. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. Not how you want to see a car you will potentially purchase. None the less, we offered to come get from Birmingham Alabama ( which means we pay NO Georgia sales tax, was prior known) to get truck this weekend. ABSOLUTELY no effort or willing to negotiate. We came to this dealership from Tuscaloosa interested in a vehicle that my little brother found online. We left this dealership at first a little disappointed because we couldn’t agree on a price and feeling like we were not treated very fairly by one of the managers there, Trund Comer, due to a pricing error that was made. After speaking with the general manager, Chuck Easters, he really turned the situation around and has made this much more of an enjoyable experience for my brother to buy his first car.
